The Google Assassin Review - Should You Buy
So I finally bought into the new product called The Google Assassin from the guy behind Affiliate Project X and Day Job Killer, I had been using his two earlier products with some success and think they both consisted of some decent information that was worth the price.
Now it was time for yet another product that had made him thousands of thousands of dollars to get released to the public. Since I already was pretty satisfied with the earlier purchases, I actually didn’t even bother to read the sales letter. Personally I hate those sales letter that brags about how much money they made using the product and tries to convince you by showing some screen shots of their accounts, there is no real proof that those money was made using this system, they could still be from selling his tow latest products (which I guess are still selling like crazy). Another fact is that these sales letters are so well written that they could sell sand in sahara, snow on the northpole , air every….. ok you get the point… Now over till the review of The Google Assassin.
Anyway I put my money to the test.
First off, this is not a onetime product like the two earlier products, and thus more expensive as it is a membership site that’s costs 67 bucks a month. So for that amount I expect to get some really groundbreaking tools and extensive information on how to use them.
OK so let’s dwell some deeper into the membership and see what we find and decide if it stands the test and manage to keep me as a subscriber for the months to come.
The system is divided into different parts:
Affiliates Den is the membership panel where you will find the entire tool collection that you will be using, more on this later.
Then there are four downloadable products that you install on your computer that helps you gather the right keywords and examines the market you want to promote.
The first one are The Google Assassin Daddy Keyword Extractor which claims to be the best keyword search tool available:
It does a pretty good job finding a nice list of keywords, but I must admit that I have tried better keyword tools, so it is definitely not the best available, but it is good, and for this purpose it is doing a great job. It will also tell you if the keywords are searched for many times and how hard the competition is for each keyword, but we have seen this feature before other places.
The nice thing about this tool is that you will end up with a list that show which keywords each site uses and by that also end up with money making keywords that you should consider using in your promotion.
So I will give the keyword tool: 6 out of 10 stars
Then there is the The Google Assassin Adwords Micro Nicher which really is a sweet tool that I so far have not seen anything like before. This tool looks for sites that target your keywords and includes the adsense blocks in high performance positions.
But I had some problems with this software as it gave me some error messages from time to time, but most often it worked like it should.
I give this tool: 7 out of 10 stars
The two other software programs are The Google Assassin Article spotter and Campaigner.
Article spotter searches Ezinearticles and Google for relevant articles based on the keywords you use, you get how many articles there are using that keyword, the page rank, seo and rating which is a way the system itself calculate the keywords.
This tool I pretty much like and think it is a huge time saver when looking for other articles that compete against your article or promotional site.
I give this tool: 8 out of 10 stars
The Campaigner is next, and I must say that this is a smart little bastard that helps you steal like Robin Hood. It finds profitable campaigns and shows you exactly how their adwords ads are. So now you just need to copy and paste into your own adwords campaign and hopefully seeing some profits.
I give this tool: 8 out of 10 stars
So all in all I am pretty satisfied with the collection of downloadable software products and they works like I am getting told, this is also what I think is the best part about the whole membership.
Now we head over to the training material or the Super Affiliate Blueprint as he likes to call it.
This part of the membership is kind of disappointing, ok I can understand that this is mainly a membership that consists of products that will help manage your task easier and better when promoting affiliate products, but I felt that there was nothing really new to the training provided. It is also recommended that you know about affiliate marketing and PPC before you dwell into this material.
I will off course not disclose any new tricks that are revealed but they are not mind blowing and if you know a little affiliate marketing and PPC this is maybe old news to most of you. The training is divided into two parts, one about PPC and another about article marketing, for me the article marketing part was old news and something that I had been doing for some time already. The PPC part focus on slashing your adwords cost by 70%… I have put it into action and will keep you updated on the progress.
So if I was to give the training any stars it would be: 4 out of 10 stars.
So we are now coming back to the Affiliate Den which is the core part of the system.
This is where you keep track of your campaigns, keywords and statistics. It is also here you search for Clickbank products, and yes there are so far only Clickbank products that are available to promote using this system. Off course you can promote whatever you want, but to take advantage of this system fully, Clickbank is the way to go.
Affiliates Den is divided into three main parts, I give a short but informative description on them and what I think about them:
Clickbank Marketplace:
This is the Clickbank search engine that you use to find the products you want to promote, here you will get information on how each product is doing, the commission, refer and gravity. This is all things we have seen before on other tools, so nothing that blew my hat of there.
The watch list keep track of products you want to keep a closer look on in the nearest future.
The Clickbank Alerts is a neat little part of the Clickbank marketplace that alerts you of products that are rising fast in the Clickbank category they are in, this shows what is hot and not only what is already selling and staying at top.
New products give you off course new products, this is also not that mind blowing, we can find many other tools available online that do exactly that…
The Tools:
Is where you will find an extensive list of tool to help save time, create ads and find keywords.
There are a couple keyword tools here like overture and adwords, but nothing special that are rock your socks. You get a sales tracker and a sales reporter that could be of some help, but I could definitely manage without, and they really don’t stand out as anything fantastic, just a regular tool.
Campaign Management:
Maybe one of the most useful parts of the Affiliates Den is the Campaign Management. You can create two different types of campaigns, links and websites.
Here you can set up campaigns and keep track of them, Nothing special here either, you can set up a campaign with tracking links, find some keywords and create the ad, the keyword search tool is pretty good, find how many advertisers and competition there is. You can also use the overture search tool and find other keyword suggestions.
The Google ad creator is a great little helper that will make you pop out new ads in a couple seconds, you will get a list of the top performing ads and others that are not performing as well, but you have all the information in front of you, so it is just to start stealing…
The website creator consists of the same steps as the link manager, but here you don’t get so many sites to chose from since all the programs you can chose get picked by the guys behind The Google Assassin, so far only a few product are in the portfolio.
It is a little website creator included here as an extra feature.
It has its limitations, and is actually crap seen from my point of view, you are able to edit some parts of the text, but if you know just a tiny bit of how to set up a webpage, you would stay away from this.
So that it is…. Is it really worth the price you pay??
My conclusion:
The Google Assassin is a nice membership that could help you create wealth, but you need to work pretty much to make a lot of money, the purpose is that the tools provided here should cut down on the time spent looking for profitable products to promote, and it certainly will, but is it worth the money?
After only one day as a members I cannot say that it is a good or a bad deal income wise, but if you are new to the internet marketing world and are looking for a place to start, this is an alternative that will not empty your wallet, and I am sure that it is possible to make money using the tools and tactics described and introduced here.
But did it live up to my expectations?
I am sorry to say that it didn’t quite live up to my expectations, I expected some more quality out of the training and maybe some new ways to make money, but it was kind a old news most of it and if you are a little updated in the world of internet marketing you will not get blown away, don’t know if you even would feel a little breeze in your neck…
So will I stay a member?
I really don’t know yet, I will put the tools to heavier testing and maybe they will surprise me and keep me hooked, but to be honest I don’t think so.
I also feel that the whole Membership is not quite finished as there are some products that still not are released, but that is normal in today’s world of marketing.
So what would I give it: 6 out of 10 stars
So If you really feel like giving it a try, go check it out: The Google Assassin
UPDATE:
After been using The Google Assassin now for a couple more days I will have to say that I thing the sytem/membership do deserve another star, I have been seeing results and there is no doubt that by really pushing the tactics you will make money, so today I am adding another star.
So The Google Assassin do now have 7 out of 10 stars.

Great review and great looking site.
In the review you compare the software tools etc to others available elsewhere. I have a couple of questions that would help with the cost/value discussions….
1. What are the tools you are comparing to and where can they be purchased?
2. If you left the membership of Google Assasin/Affiliates den would the downloaded tools still work?

I am Carmine I bought Google assassin 3 days ago I think is a very well package put together and has a lot of potential still it just come out and is already selling like water I like the way that you have all on one desktop the adword ad builder could be better done.
But I did a quirk trial wen I bought it before I ven out for dinner and I really think that is a supercharge program I made an adword campaign in less then 2 minutes including a big list of targeted keywords.
I agree with you that could be cheaper maybe $67 could be for the software and all the services and a low monthly fee like $10 could be more reasonable.
It is worth-ed to give it a go
I Give 8 /10

First I want to say that you can not use the software after you have canceled your membership, they all require you to login to be able to use them. When I compare I have a couple other tools in mind.
Two good Clickbank tools are http://cbengine.com/
http://www.cbtrends.com/ which gives search functions other than the ones you find inside Clickbank.
But no products are exactly the same, they do function a little different.
But a tool I really recommend is Traffic Travis http://marketingempire.com/recommends/traffictravis which has a one time payment and is a fantastic tool I will write a full review about this later today or tomorrow, so stay tuned.
I think I might add a chapter to the review of Google Assassin on how you could use other tools to create profitable PPC ads.
And I also have to mention the best marketing membership online which I have been a member for almost two years. It do cost a lot more than Google Assassin, but is a far bigger and better membership and it includes PPC training that surpasses Google Assassin by far.

To Susan Folkard
I believe the tools going to stop working.
I haven’t Install the software that I downloaded yet but was already enough the desktop on line to fully operate your marketing campaigns. The extra tools is to improve the work quality and quantity.
But I suggest you to take action like I did and give a month trial if the program makes is own money you have the option to renew the subscription if not you have leaned new marketing strategies.

I totally agree with Carmine.
Even though I might only have given the product 6 out of 10 I still think it is a great product worth trying.

I think I jumped the gun. I bought the $67/month but am an Internet Klutz…my business is OFFline and I thought this would help me come off the road…
However, I will ask for a refund. Why?
Two reasons. First, I should be more Internet savvy as you folks are before I jump into new waters…secondly, in answer to my initial complaint about not receiving my paid-for link, I got an e-mail from a ‘Bev’ who told me to ‘write her a specific question’.
I thought ‘not receiving a link’ was specific enough. I paid. I did not receive. I don’t know what part of that is unintelligible. But I’ll still chaulk it up to my lack of experience.
When I did not receive a response to my second e-mail (cry for help)–I did not receive the link/website et al–I was contacted by a ‘Chris’ who asked me to send him questions. Which I did.
Still, to this date (11/30) I have no answer…even a ‘get lost’ would be welcome now. That is why I am trying to ‘get lost’. Maybe I’m too ‘north of 60′ old to go from offline moneymaking to online.
But a little old-fashioned customer service would be nice. If anyone has any helpful hits on how to really contact anyone, I’ll take ‘em!

Google Assassin is one of the best membership sites I;ve seen in years. It certainly deserves a lot of praise.

I’ve been trying to get started for 4days
and don’t have a website yet !
I am newbie to the whole system….
I find the training in Affiliate Den to be quite taxing…and the sign in sites don’t seem to work very well. But as I said it is my first try. I am glad that I found this site, at least now I don’t feel quite so lost..and my suspicions are on the money. I’m 65 and bored “HA HA” among other things !
But I’ll keep in touch to let you know what I’m doing if I don’t loose IT before I know what IT is.
ANY ADVICE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Hello Johann
You should use the support desk, I dont think you need to register to contact them.
If not you might want to try this email adress christopher mcneeney [support@theaffiliatesden.com]
Or just contact clickbank.
